Osmosis Lounge was established in Modesto, California as a way to enhance wellness, support acute and chronic health ailments and restore the basic nutrients for optimal cell health and body function. We believe that wellness starts from within and you can achieve this by replenishing the vitamins and nutrients your body requires to effectively and efficiently

As Emergency room nurses and health and wellness advocates we understand the importance of nutrients and the role that they play in the body. Our goal is to bring that balance back into the body with different blends of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, antioxidants and hydration, so that all the systems in our body have what they need to effectively function like they are intended to function.

Osmosis Lounge was made for any person looking to prioritize advocating for their overall health and well being. Whether you are a tired parent, a devoted athlete, busy entrepreneur, wanderlust traveler or someone struggling with fatigue, stress, or work burnout Osmosis Lounge has something for everyone to get them looking and feeling their absolute best!

Alyssa earned her Bachelor’s in Nursing in 2011 and began her career in cardiac nursing. After a year, she transitioned to the emergency department, where she spent over ten years caring for a wide range of patients. Alyssa's true passion lies in helping and healing, always putting her patients first with compassion and dedication.

Alyssa holds a Bachelors in Nursing. Starting her nursing career in 2011, her initial specialty was cardiac nursing and after a year she ventured to the emergency room where she spent 10+ years enjoying and learning from the variety of patients that came through that department. Alyssa’s passion has always been helping and healing in anyway she can and she has a true talent for compassion and always puts her patients first.

Terra graduated with her nursing degree from Merced College in 2011, beginning her career with five years focused on cardiac care. She later moved to the emergency room for three years to broaden her skills and expertise. In 2022, Terra completed her Bachelor’s in Nursing. She is deeply committed to helping others achieve optimal health and wellness.

Terra graduated Merced College with her nursing degree in 2011 starting her nursing career focusing on cardiac patients for 5 years. Terra transitioned into the Emergency room gaining additional knowledge and expertise for 3 years. She obtained her Bachelors in Nursing in 2022. Terra’s passion is helping others achieve their goals of optimal health and wellness any way she can.

Sana is a versatile nurse with over five years of experience in specialties such as cardiac float pool, outpatient OR, travel nursing, and telemetry. Originally from Chicago, she joined Osmosis after being inspired by a fellow nurse and immediately connected with its mission. Passionate about holistic health, Sana finds her greatest reward in seeing patients leave feeling better. A graduate of Saint Xavier University in 2018, she enjoys fostering animals and recently cared for four ducklings who now reside happily in a local pond.

Courtney graduated from Skagit Valley College in 2008 and brings extensive experience to her role. She has worked for eight years in family practice and seven years as an infusion nurse. Very passionate about her work, Courtney thoroughly enjoys watching patients enhance their wellness and supporting them in cultivating healthier lifestyles.

Travis has been an RN since 2010, bringing two years of experience in cardiovascular care and over a decade in emergency medicine. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters and is an avid snowboarder. Working at Osmosis is especially rewarding for Travis, as it allows him to support community members in reaching their health and lifestyle goals. A random fact about Travis is that he’s colorblind.

Dr. Rob Rogers earned his medical degree from The University of Tennessee College of Medicine, followed by specialized training in Emergency Medicine and Internal Medicine at The University of Maryland. Practicing Emergency Medicine in Tennessee, Dr. Rogers is deeply passionate about teaching, longevity, and healthy aging. His dedication as an educator has been recognized with numerous awards, including the National Faculty Teaching Award from The American College of Emergency Physicians and the American Academy of Emergency Medicine.

A true enthusiast for medical education, podcasting, and innovative learning, Dr. Rogers has taught courses globally, focusing on faculty development and cutting-edge medical training. As a physician for Wild Health, he merges his expertise with a passion for genetics-based Precision Medicine. We’re thrilled to have Dr. Rogers as our Medical Director at Osmosis Lounge, where his extensive knowledge and dedication to health and wellness contribute immensely to our mission of optimal living.
